About Ticia
Ticia Kane is a multi-talented award-winning painter, sculptor, animator, and textile artist. Ticia was born at the Flower Fifth Avenue Hospital in Manhattan, and grew up in New Rochelle, New York. She earned a BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston in association with Tufts University, and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She lives in rural Ashfield, Massachusetts, with her husband, photographer Peter Healey, who was kind enough to shoot her work for this website.
